I am not defending the Jordanian Government but defending the readers minds? you provided a link that support the Jordanian Government claim not yours!!

from the link (URL) you provided, as shown below, the unit price is $386,000 that is 386 thousand us dollars not 360 dollars!!! The three zeros are thousands!!! and since the purchase was for 100 units, then the price = 386,000 X 100 = 38,600,000 which is 38 millions and 600 thousands US dollars. correct!!
