Subject : A BLACK DAY IN OUR LIVES
Dear Friends at Arab Times
I really do not know how to express my self at this very moment. My
feelings at this point are a mixture of shock, grief and extremely
deep thought. Thought of why all this happened, for what reasons and
for what crimes? Indeed, what crimes an innocent people that have alot
on mind committed?! Why particularly them?
To those criminals that have committed this massacre, I raise the
following:
1- Is'nt it enough for us bearing with unemploynment?
2- Isn't enough for us the unbearable financial conditions we are
suffering?
3- Isn't it enough with the humiliation we have to deal with in our
everyday life?
4- Isn't it enough that all our people are escaping their nation?
Then why are you now killing us? Is that the reward we deserve?
At this very point, I would like to make my self heard to the whole
world. We have had enough and we will not allow our lives be taken
away by anybody except by its owner god the almighty.
The mission of this people that left its fingerprint on every nation
and conveyed the message of peace and sympathy with its fellow nations
will not be ceased for our great belief in god and in principles. We
will not allow ourselves to be cornered by anybody whether locally,
regionally or worldwide. We will always keep hope and faith in god
until the very last moment in our lives
In light of what happened, I would just like to say to the families of
all victims: INNA LILLAH WA INNA ELAYHI RAJIOUN, WALA ARAKOM ALLAH
MAKROOHAN BE AZIZ. May god grant all those conspiring against our
people catastrophes and eternal trouble. To our people whom I will
always admire I say: ASSABRO MOFTAH EL-FARAJ.
As a nation that has faced this catastrophe for the very first time, I
demand alongside many of the people in Jordan and the diaspora that
the real causes behind this catastrophe be investigated and cured on
the spot. I believe that the source of trouble can be pacified by
enforcing further restrictions on others entering our homeland.
Adoption of an open border policy with a nation that is currently a
source of extreme turbulance in return for a bunch of investments is
indeed the greatest mistake. The interest of the people must always
come first. Some (and of course not all) of the individuals incoming
from our Eastern borders carry a huge magnitude of hatred and malice
towards us. You all may refer to the website of Al-(Arab)iyya, the
VIAGRA channel, and find out for yourselves by reading their comments
posted on that website. Therefore I urge those who are in charge now,
if they ever think about their fellow citizens, to impose more
powerful measures on their entry as well as investigating all those
already living amongst us WITHOUT harming them as this is not of our
ethics.
I also pledge our people to stick to the message we delivered to the
whole world and be reasonable in our reactions. Yesterday, I have seen
a wonderful picture of solidarity amongst the various slices of our
one people and despite my sorrow I was very grateful to god for this
and my trust in our Jordanian people was again high.
ALLAHOMA IHFAZ LANA SHAABANA
ALLAHOMA IHFAZ HAZEHI EL ARD
ALLAHOMA ANE'EM ALAYNA BEL-SABR
ALLAHOMA ANE'EM ALAYNA BEL-SABR
ALLAHOMA IRHAM AMWATANA
ALLAHOMA EHQEN DEMAANA
ALLAHOMA OSTOR AARDANA
ALLAHOMA ALAYAKA BE KOL MOUTADI
A message to all those wishing us harm anywhere: SAWFA NABQA
