Catholic Relief Services, the overseas relief & development agency of the Catholic community is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor-Good Governance. This professional will provide leadership and technical support to country programs, regional staff and local partner organizations in the Middle East to ensure high-quality good governance program development, implementation and evaluation. 

 Qualifications: Masters in related field, 5+ yrs. of good governance exp. in the Middle East with existing professional network with practitioners, Proven ability to engage and negotiate with high-level personnel in government ministries, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Fluent in spoken and written English; Fluency in spoken Arabic is required and ability to travel.
