Subject : Yasir Abbas - Money Laundering Scheme
Money Laundering – The Palestinian Way
The stench surrounding Mr. Yasir Abbas’s investments, the son of our
beloved leader Abu Mazen, the Qatari millionaire and the President of
the Falcon Group of Companies, that stench is now being tamed by a new
bright idea: why not own a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and
invest through it. This organization is called the Young Entrepreneurs
of Palestine, YEP (www.yep.ps), now owned and controlled by Yasir
Abbas and Company.
The story behind YEP started in 2002, when Fredrich Nauman, a German
foundation operating throughout the Middle East funded and organized a
conference for Arab Entrepreneur Organizations under the umbrella of
The Arab Forum for Young Entrepreneur Associations (www.afye.org). Few
conferences followed in Lebanon, Jordan, Tunisia and Morocco, which
were all constructive …. But for the YEP - to be a legitimate member-
had to register locally, in Ramallah …. Something that proved
impossible without Yasir Abbas name as a founding member. This was
done at the cost of removing the names of YEP founders who objected to
Mr. Abbas nomination; and coincidentally, those founders were the most
fruitful, and coincidentally again, were US educated.
This is where the story begins, Mr. Abbas was elected president of YEP
(with only members being the founders) and it became biggest money
laundering operation in Palestine. First, the Germans paid for an
office and a secretary, that supplemented by $500/month from then
President Arafat, add to that the free trips for Mr. Abbas, all adds
up to the type of business done the Fatah way. Today, according to
inside sources $12,000,000 is invested in Palestine and overseas under
YEP name, 100% Abbas owned. The most recent acquisition is 10% of
Petropal, a Hebron oil recycler.
Today, both YEP and AFYE are nothing more than obsolete websites on
the internet; after all the most valuable founders were replaced by
Mr. Abbas and the gang. Fredrich Nauman has realized that they were
robbed and withdrew from the entire concept …. And Mr. Abbas Jr. is
enjoying his latest money laundering invention.
