واخيرا خرج حاكم دبي عن صمته بخصوص الدعوى القضائية المقامة عليه امام المحكمة الفدرالية في ولاية فلوريدا فصرح لجريدة بحرين تربيون التي تصدر باللغة الانجليزية في البحرين ان المحكمة الفدرالية الامريكية لا سلطة لها على ما يفعله في دبي

هذا التصريح لحاكم دبي يدل على ان الحاكم لم يقرأ نص الدعوى المقامة عليه والتي تبين مشروعية مقاضاته في امريكا باعتباره شبه مقيم في امريكا من خلال استثماراته الهائلة وقصره في ولاية كنتاكي والذي يعمل فيه اكثر من مائة خادم وحارس كما ان نفيه استخدام الاطفال تكذبه حتى شرائط الفديو المصورة في اسطبلاته

The Dubai ruling family has rejected a case filed in a Miami court against the emirate’s Ruler, Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, (right) for allegedly using children as camel jockeys.
The case also names his brother Shaikh Hamdan and 500 others of being involved in trafficking in and using children for camel racing. The family says the case was baseless, adding it had banned child jockeys and overhauled the sport.
This is the first time the family has commented on the case which alleges tens of thousands of boys as young as three from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sudan and Mauritania were kept in poor conditions against their will and forced to take part in camel races.
The allegations come in a class action filed in Miami, where Shaikh Mohammed has property, by lawyers representing six unidentified parents and thousands of unnamed children.
The Maktoums believe a US court has no jurisdiction over things which happen outside the US.
They say they have overhauled the sport, banned the use of child jockeys and helped Unicef in a rehabilitation programme for them.
